Folk remedies to unclog arteries

Arteries are tubular vessels with elastic walls. They originate in the heart and branch into smaller trunks. Their function is to transport blood from the heart to the entire body. Most arteries carry oxygenated blood to the body's cells, while others carry deoxygenated blood to the lungs.

The walls of arteries consist of three layers. The inner layer is made up of a single stratum of flat cells with a smooth surface; its function is to prevent blood clotting. The middle layer is composed of muscle and elastic tissue. Finally, the outer layer is made up of connective tissue.

The arteries dilate with each heartbeat to pump blood; they then return to their original position thanks to the action of the elastic tissue. Without this tissue, the heart would have to pump blood with greater force to reach all parts of the body.

Now, sometimes LDL cholesterol, or bad cholesterol, forms a layer inside the artery that, over time, obstructs it. This can pose many health risks. For this reason, I will show you some natural remedies that can help unclog them. Popular remedies to unclog arteries
Remedy #1: In a cup of hot water, pour a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Drink this once a day.

Remedy #2:

Ingredients:

Green tea.
One tablespoon of chili pepper.
Lemon juice.
Honey.
Preparation:

First, prepare green tea.

Second, add the tablespoon of chili pepper, a few drops of lemon juice, and a little honey.

Take this remedy twice a day for one month. Remedy #3: This one will be your favorite. It consists of eating two squares of dark chocolate daily.

Remedy #4: This consists of consuming a clove of garlic like a pill; that is, without chewing. Simply wash and peel it, then cut it so you can swallow it more easily. Do this remedy daily for one month.

Remedy #5: In a glass of warm milk, pour one teaspoon of turmeric powder. Take it daily for 30 days.

Remedy #6: Boil one tablespoon of lemon peel in four cups of water for about 20 minutes. Strain it and add a few drops of honey. Drink one cup with each meal for three weeks.

Remedy #7: In a cup of boiling water, pour one teaspoon of grated ginger. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then strain it. Add one tablespoon of honey. Drink it with each meal for three weeks.
