The fact is that Kate has been practically absent from public life recently due to her health: in March it became known that she had been diagnosed with cancer. The princess’s sudden disappearance from the radar gave rise to numerous conspiracy theories. Some claim that Kate fled the palace after catching her husband cheating, others that she had plastic surgery or even that she died, which was hidden from the public. However, in mid-June, Prince William’s wife dispelled at least some of these rumors by appearing at the Trooping the Colour parade.
